We specialize in custom pet portrait tablecloths, napkins, kitchen aprons, and baking gloves. All our products are personalized with your pet’s portrait to add a unique touch to your kitchen.
2. How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website by selecting your desired product, uploading your pet’s portrait, and completing the checkout process.
3. What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay for your convenience and security.
4. Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed?
Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it immediately. However, if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
5. How do I upload my pet’s portrait?
After selecting the product, there will be an option to upload your pet’s portrait. Simply follow the instructions to upload a high-quality image for the best results.
6. How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, and shipping time within the USA is usually 7 days. International orders may take up to 15 days depending on location.

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

12. How do I care for my pet portrait products?
We recommend gentle washing and air drying for all products with pet portraits. For aprons and baking gloves, machine wash cold and tumble dry low.
13. Can I customize the colors or design of the products?
Currently, we offer custom pet portraits on our products, but additional design customization options are not available at this time. Stay tuned for future updates!
14. Are the materials used safe for pets?
Yes! All materials used in our products are safe, non-toxic, and of the highest quality. We want your pet’s portrait to look great and be safe for use in your kitchen.
15. Do you offer gift cards?
At this time, we do not offer gift cards. However, we are considering this option for the future. Please check back later!
16. Can I request a refund for my purchase?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds within 30 days of purchase. Please make sure the item is unused and in its original condition.
